These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the an999 platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wager. By using an999, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms in full.

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "the Player", "you" or "your") and an999 (hereinafter "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our") in respect of your access to and use of the an999 website, mobile interface and all associated services available at https://an999.cam (collectively, the "Services").
By completing the registration process, accessing the Services or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
2.1 "Account" means the individual registered account created by the Player on the Platform.
2.2 "Balance" means the real-money funds held in a Player's Account, exclusive of any bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
2.3 "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free-bet allocation or matched-deposit bonus granted to a Player, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
2.4 "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification, being the process by which the Platform verifies a Player's identity in accordance with applicable anti-money-laundering requirements.
2.5 "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the lawful currency of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

2.7 "Wagering Requirement" (also "Rollover") means the total volume of qualifying bets a Player must place before Bonus Funds or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.

By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. an999 may at any time request documentary evidence of age. 3.2.1 Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed at the Platform's discretion.
3.2.2 Bonus eligibility is assessed on a per-person, per-household and per-device basis. Operating multiple accounts to circumvent bonus restrictions constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
You must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification document (such as a Pakistani CNIC), a valid email address and a secure password. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information throughout the lifetime of your Account.
The Platform does not knowingly accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by statute. It is your responsibility to verify that accessing and using the Services is lawful in your jurisdiction. Pakistani players are advised to review applicable local legislation before registering.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. an999 will never ask you for your password outside of the standard login interface.
4.2 You must notify an999 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. The Platform cannot be held liable for losses arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
4.3 Where two-factor authentication (2FA) is available, you are strongly encouraged to enable it. Enabling 2FA does not transfer responsibility for Account security from the Player to the Platform.
4.4 an999 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or lock an Account pending security review if unusual access patterns are detected, without prior notice.
All deposits must originate from payment instruments held in your own name. an999 does not accept third-party deposits. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed in the live cashier at the time of transaction. Payment methods available in the cashier may vary by region and may change without prior notice.
Payment references such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are cited as familiar Pakistani payment context only. Their availability on the Platform must be confirmed in the live cashier at any given time. an999 does not claim that any of these providers endorses, supports or permits gambling transactions.
5.2.1 Withdrawals may only be processed to payment instruments previously used for deposit, or to verified instruments in the Player's name, subject to KYC approval.
5.2.2 an999 does not guarantee specific withdrawal-processing timeframes. Processing times depend on the selected payment method, KYC status and applicable operator review windows.
5.2.3 Active Wagering Requirements must be fulfilled before a withdrawal request involving Bonus Funds will be processed. Attempting to withdraw while rollover is incomplete may result in forfeiture of outstanding Bonus Funds.
5.2.4 The Platform reserves the right to request additional verification documents prior to processing any withdrawal at its absolute discretion.
an999 does not currently impose a platform-side withdrawal fee; however, payment providers may apply their own transaction fees. Players are responsible for any fees levied by their chosen payment provider. Fee information is provided by the provider directly and is outside the Platform's control.
All promotional offers published on an999 are subject to specific terms that appear alongside the relevant promotion. Where a conflict exists between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
6.2.1 A Wagering Requirement expresses the total qualifying-bet volume required before Bonus Funds may be converted to withdrawable funds. Example (illustrative): a PKR 5,000 bonus subject to a 20× wagering requirement requires PKR 1,00,000 in qualifying turnover.
6.2.2 Game-contribution rates apply. Slot titles typically contribute 100% of each stake toward rollover; live-casino games and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate as specified in the promotion terms.
While a bonus is active, a maximum single-bet limit applies. Exceeding this limit — whether intentionally or not — may result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings. The specific limit is stated in the active promotion terms.
Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements are subject to an expiry period, typically expressed in calendar days from the date the bonus is credited. Unused bonus credit and unmet rollover obligations are cancelled on expiry without compensation.
an999 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to satisfy rollover with minimal variance, use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, and pattern play inconsistent with genuine recreational gaming. Where abuse is detected, the Platform reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel outstanding Bonus Funds and withhold any winnings derived from abuse.
7.1 All wagers placed on an999 are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for verifying the selection, odds and stake before confirming a bet.
7.2 an999 reserves the right to void, suspend or limit any market, event or game at its discretion, including but not limited to: technical failure, data-feed error, manifest pricing error or suspected match manipulation.
7.3 Odds displayed are subject to change until a wager is confirmed. In the case of a manifest error in displayed odds (e.g., odds that are clearly non-reflective of market prices), the Platform reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes.
7.4 The settlement of all bets is determined by the official result of the relevant sporting body, gaming studio or data provider, as applicable. Cricket results follow ICC or PSL official records; live-casino outcomes are determined by studio software and video record.
7.5 In the event of a technical disconnection during a live-game session, the Platform's server logs constitute the authoritative record of the game state. Wagers already confirmed at the time of disconnection will be settled according to server records.

Where prohibited conduct is suspected or confirmed, an999 may immediately suspend or permanently close the Account, void all open bets, withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation and, where legally required, report the activity to the relevant authorities.
9.1 All content on the an999 platform — including but not limited to logos, design elements, software code, text, graphics, game interfaces and data — is the exclusive intellectual property of an999 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit copying, redistribution, reverse engineering, scraping or commercial exploitation of any Platform content.
9.3 Any unauthorised use of Platform intellectual property may result in Account termination and legal action.
The collection, processing and storage of your personal data by an999 is governed by the Platform's Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By using the Services, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
10.1 an999 collects personal data including identity information, contact details, financial transaction records and technical usage data for the purposes of account management, KYC/AML compliance, fraud prevention and service improvement.
10.2 Personal data is not sold to unaffiliated third parties. Data may be shared with licensed KYC verification providers, payment processors and regulatory bodies as required by applicable law.
10.3 Players have the right to access, correct and, subject to legal obligations, request erasure of their personal data. Such requests should be directed to the support team via the Help Center.

11.1 Players may set deposit limits, loss limits and session-time reminders at any time through their Account settings. Reductions to existing limits take effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
11.2 Self-exclusion options are available. A self-excluded player must not attempt to circumvent the exclusion by creating a new Account. an999 will take reasonable steps to enforce self-exclusion but cannot guarantee prevention of access by determined individuals.
11.3 an999 reserves the right to impose account restrictions, limit stakes or suspend accounts where player behaviour is indicative of problem gambling, without notice and without liability.

12.1 The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. an999 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the continuous availability, accuracy or fitness for purpose of the Services.
12.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, an999 shall not be liable for: loss of profits; loss of data; indirect, incidental or consequential damages; or losses arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform.
12.3 an999 shall not be liable for disruptions to the Services caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including internet outages, payment-provider downtime or force-majeure events.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence or any matter that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
an999 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email notification or a prominent notice on the Platform no fewer than seven (7) calendar days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable. Continued use of the Services following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your Account and cease using the Services.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its primary operating licence. Nothing in this clause affects any statutory rights you may hold as a consumer under applicable local law.
14.1 In the event of a dispute relating to these Terms or the Services, you should first contact the an999 support team via Live Chat or the Help Center. The Platform will endeavour to resolve complaints within a reasonable timeframe.
14.2 Players in Pakistan are reminded that gambling disputes may not be enforceable through Pakistani courts given applicable domestic legislation. Players participate at their own legal risk.
